Why won't my Exchange calendar sync on the 4.1.2?
location: droidradar.com - date: October 7, 2014
I recently bought a Samsung Trendlite, with android 4.1.2. As with my old android Phone I added my Exchange account (Microsoft Exchange Active Sync). Normally you'll find 4 checkboxes when installing: Email, contacts, tasks and calendar. However, on my new Phone, it only shows email and contacts to synchronize. I tried to install the exchange account again, via the calendar app itself, but it doesn't work either. Any solutions?

I want to create an event on my phone calendar and have that display in my Outlook calendar on my computer. What do I need to do to make that possible? Events created on my phone will not display in my Google calendar or my Outlook.
I have a Droid X2. I downloaded Google Calendar Sync to my computer which synced my Outlook with my Gmail calendar, and that displayed on my phone, but events created on the phone do not display in the Google calendar or Outlook.
I have gone to phone Settings > Accounts > checked Gmail to sync calendar. Google Calendar Sync on my computer is set for 2-way syncing and to do so every 15 minutes.
The phone is rooted.
Anyone using "Google Calendar Sync" to Sync MS Outlook? There's a BETTER WAY!
location: droidradar.com - date: March 26, 2011
Boy have I got a deal for you. I just found this, (yeah, I'm always the last to know - story of my life! ) Anyway, I just found this much better solution!
First: Go into your Google (Gmail) calendar and share it out for "private" access. (Calendar | <your calendar> | Settings | Private), Click on the "ICAL" method to obtain the link. Highlight, right-click and copy this link.
Second: Go into your MS Outlook | Calendar and right-click on "My Calendar" and choose "Add Calendar" | "From Internet". Paste the link you copied into the window and select OK.
From now on, your Google/Gmail calendar will be auto-synced with your MS Outlook every time you check your MS Outlook Mail.
Way cool! Way better than using Google Calendar Sync, which was causing time-zone issues for me, and basically is a very "kludgey" program with lots of bugs.
Google calendar sync problems
location: droidradar.com - date: December 2, 2014
I have upgraded to android v4.4.4 then tried to install the new calendar from Google. I receive a sync error "sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly". All other Google account related items sync properly, including contacts and mail. I have deleted the Google account and cleared cache & data & force stopped the apps, rebooted & reinstalled apps.
The apparent issue is that there is not a calendar sync item listed within the Google account. Even reinstalling the calendar and/or account does not seem to help.

Calendar sync issue help!
location: droidmania.com - date: June 5, 2010
Hello - this is a big issue for me, so I hope somebody has a fix. I have one Google calendar. When I sync only the last 2 months show all events. Past that, only a few events show up here & there.
I've heard of this problem before but never had a sync issue with my Palm Pre. Imagine that.
Can anyone list the steps to correct this, if possible. I would be hugely grateful!

calendar sync problem

Recently, I added the "Contact's birthdays and anniversaries" to my Google calendar, so I can see there contacts events. Despite I can see this calendar "sync" on my Android,
just few of these events are shown on Android as well.
In addition, unsubscribing of some unnecessary calendar (on Google calendar) does not affect on calendars that shown on the phone. It`s look like sync works just partially. What can be the problem?

Google Calendar Sync Questions... Help!!!

LOVE my new Droid... I'm a gal who never even learned to use the camera on any of my previous phones, just used them for phone calls, so this thing seems like MAGIC!
One thing will determine whether the Droid ends up being life-changing or just cool... I need to work out some calendar issues! Two calendar related questions:
1. Can anyone help me to resolve a sync problem? I'll try to explain my issue as clearly as I can... when I got my Droid, my Google calendar events magically showed up on the phone. Up until now, I only had a few personal things on my Google calendar. Since I'm now hoping to have only my work calendar on the phone, I went on my computer and deleted all events so I could start with a clean slate.
Calendar is now clear when checked on my computer and clear when checked on the browser on the Droid, but when I click on the calendar icon on the home screen of the Droid, all of the old calendar events are still there. To see if it just wasn'
